Our recommendations
Reconstitution of milk: 110g of powder + 920ml of water = 1 litre of semi skimmed milk with 15.5 g/L fat. With 300 g, get 2.7 l of liquid milk.
Nutritional enrichment: A 28 g portion provides 70% of the RDA* in Calcium and 56% of the RDA in Protein. Include it in a hot food (drinks, purees, soups...).
