Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Heat it for about thirty seconds in the microwave, so as to fluidify it.
  • Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder and pour it in a thin stream over the lukewarm sweetened condensed milk.
  • Using a spatula, mix the two ingredients, until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Remove to a container, film in contact and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • In the palm of your hand, wearing a disposable glove, shape the truffles and roll them in the unsweetened cocoa powder to coat them completely.
