Ingredients
For 25 servings
800 g potato flakes
500 g Régilait semi-skimmed milk powder
5.5 liters water
250 g butter
Fine salt, pepper, nutmeg
Preparation
Boil the water and remove from heat.
Wait two minutes, then add the Régilait milk powder, potato flakes and butter.
Stir well and season.
