Ingredients

For 30 servings 

500 g Régilait semi-skimmed milk powder

4 kg zucchinis

300 g raw bulgur (or semolina)

300 g grated cheese (optional)

10 g Espelette pepper

15 eggs

300 g cilantro

Fine salt

Preparation

Cook the zucchinis in salted water.

Drain and mix in a bowl.

Add the eggs, bulgur, grated cheese, Régilait powdered milk, Espelette pepper and finely chopped cilantro.

Pour the whole thing into buttered ramekins.

Bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) in a double boilerfor 20 to 25 minutes.

Advices

According to the specific needs of your patients, you can replace Régilait semi-skimmed powdered milk with Whole Régilait or with Régilait Calcium & Vitamin D Skimmed milk.
